White nodule with chickpeas

2 kg of white nodule
1 cup of soaked and peeled chick peas
1 kg of slice onion
1 soup spoonful of minced parsley
100 g of butter
1 pinch of safran
coffee spoonful of pepper


Remove the nodules skin, mash them with salt and wash out repeatdly in many waters, cut in big pieces, cook in the pressure cooker with butter, one slice onion , pepper, safran, chick peas and a 2 glasses of water, cook for 1 h on a little fire, then add the other onions, parsley, safran, mix and reduce sauce the same on a rapid fire during the onions cooking, rectify condiment
