Fatera 2-3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
warm water[to make a soft dough
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Let dough rest for 15 minutes.
Cover a tray with oil.
Make dough in smal bolls.
Cut some paper[like the bag paper] the same size as the bottom of a frying pan. Cover
paper with oil.
Spread dough onto the paper.
Fry dough in fring pan. The fatera should be similar to crepes.
